Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time before your next renewal. Refund terms, if any, will be stated at the time of purchase.

Backups and data

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your website and data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiaMetrix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service.
